In business since 2006. Tim Austin is a master carpenter. He started his first business in 2004. Sheer Strength Custom Framing. Specializing in Residential House Framing. With a Partner. Reorganizing into Tim Austin LLC Construction in 2006 when his partner left. He continued to specialize in House Framing up to 2008 when he was forced to expand his horizons due to to financial collapse rendering houses to frame sparce.

In 2008 Tim had always done other carpentry work, like building fences, decks and patio covers but he began to make those things a large part of his business and found that his talent translated to many things. He added Siding, windows, patio covers and many other exterior remodeling items to his scope leading into 2011 and beyond.

Around that same time he found that his skill with framing houses allowed him to do home additions and remodeling. Understanding how things are framed was a huge asset to adding onto houses. His carpentry skills related to many interior finish items like flooring, trim, door installs, cabinets and more. Though he still does all his own framing.

He found that he really enjoyed the challenge and variety of remodeling. Being able to do so many different items in house to a very high skill level keeps things fresh and interesting. It also allows Tim to complete jobs much faster then his compeditors who have to bow to the scheduales of the many subcontractors that they have to hire. He can also offer lower prices for the same reason. Time, after all, is money.

Today, we have proudly been in business for over 15 years and counting. With so many years of under our belt. We can offer guidance that can only come from experience.
